Pay or shift range: $34 USD to $44 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. In this role, you will support and/or provide in-service staff development needs. Schedule: Full Time 1st shift: 7 a - 7p 3rd Shift: 7p- 7a Weekends: 7p - 7a What you’ll do: Interview, select, hire, train, coach, counsel and discharge employees in accordance with company policy and procedure. Supervise all activities of licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel in the delivery of safe and therapeutic care. Maintain appropriate levels of care. Supervise implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Communicate with residents, families, and other departments regularly to resolve resident concerns and issues. Plan for patient care based upon assessment of patients along with medical plan of treatment. Coordinate and implement training needs to staff. Remain current on nursing techniques and advances. What you’ll need: Valid LPN OR RN license. 3 + years of experience as an LPN or RN. 1 + year of management experience. Compensation: $34.00 - $37.50 per hour for LPN Supervisors and $40.00 - $44.00 per hour for RN Supervisors, based on background and experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus!
