Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and empathetic atmosphere for all participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various backgrounds facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Your expertise will help guide clients through their most pressing issues, allowing them to cultivate healthier coping mechanisms and interpersonal dynamics.

  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a history of successful client engagement.

  • Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies and best practices in psychological care.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and skill level. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development that promote your growth as a therapist.
