About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a client in Rutherfordton, NC. This position supports daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations while maintaining strong communication with customers and team members.

What You'll Do:

• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Manage inventory accurately and maintain organized records
• Correspond with customers via email in a professional manner
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed forklift driver
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills, especially email management
• Experience with inventory management
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds
• Professional, focused, and detail-oriented
• Must pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
