Food Service Supervisor
Thibodaux Regional Medical Center
Kitchen Supervisor
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of kitchen and cafeteria workers, preparing and cooking foods for hospital patients, staff, and visitors.
Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Extensive food services experience, preferably five years minimum in a professional setting.
Other Special Training/Skills:
- Knowledge of general diets and policies for quality control in food service.
- Computer literate.
- Numerical and clerical ability to calculate recipe and menu formulations.
