Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individual and couples therapy sessions to clients of all age groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address their unique needs. \n
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely record-keeping. \n
- Manage scheduling of ongoing appointments, ensuring that your calendar reflects accurate availability and client appointments. \n
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to discuss case presentations and therapeutic strategies, enhancing both personal and team treatment practices. \n
- Utilize our comprehensive billing service for claims processing, client account management, insurance eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on therapy rather than administrative burdens. \n
Your primary focus will be on guiding students and their families through mental health difficulties rooted in anxiety and trauma. This includes working with children, adolescents, and adults who may be facing challenges such as trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions. By employing therapeutic skills tailored to their age and experiences, you will contribute to their personal and emotional development.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n
- Current and active LCSW licensure, allowing for independent practice. \n
- Strong ethical framework, professionalism, and the ability to establish boundaries in the therapeutic relationship. \n
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, coupled with self-motivation and initiative. \n
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning to enhance therapeutic practices. \n
- Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings each week. \n

- Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to couples is highly desirable and will be favorably considered. \n
- Experience working in a school setting or with school-aged populations is beneficial. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems. \n
The annual compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, with additional bonus opportunities. As a W2 employee, you will be entitled to competitive benefits, including:
