As a Detailer , you'll clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles to meet the highest quality standards before they're delivered. Every day you'll work with a variety of vehicles while collaborating with teammates to ensure each one leaves looking showroom‑ready. Why You'll Love Working Here Starting pay of $19.00/hour , based on experience, plus weekly pay and access to on‑demand pay. Stable Monday‑Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with weekends off. Join a supportive team where quality workmanship is valued and recognized. What You'll Be Doing Vacuum, wash, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles. Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet cosmetic quality standards. Work closely with the Quality Inspection team to address cosmetic concerns. Record time worked on each vehicle. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Coordinate with teammates to ensure production deadlines are met. Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed. Take pride in delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations. What We're Looking For You're at least 18 years old . You have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. You have 1–3 years of automotive detailing experience . You have reliable transportation and a consistent work history. You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality work. You're comfortable working on your feet, inside vehicles, and using detailing equipment and cleaning products throughout the day. You can meet the company's background check and drug screen requirements. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
