With 12 offices nationwide, we provide comprehensive legal and process service solutions to many of the country's most respected law firms and financial institutions. Our mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant services while maintaining the highest standards of quality.This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.Ideal candidates include:Experienced Process ServersLicensed Private InvestigatorsCurrent or Former Law Enforcement ProfessionalsKey responsibilities include:Make diligent service attempts: up to 3 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completionUtilize ProVest's mobile applications to: Upload photo evidence of addressesSubmit detailed attempt notesRecord service or non-service outcomesRequirements include:Judge signed court appointmentsReliable transportationValid driver's licenseActive auto insuranceSmartphone with ability to run mobile applicationsStrong communication and documentation skillsCommitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail ProVest
