Detail-oriented and collaborative, the part-time Operations Support Representative (OSR) will support account creation and maintenance processes through data entry, administrative tasks, and problem resolution in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Perform accurate data entry for account creation, modifications, and maintenance Research and troubleshoot customer account issues, escalating when necessary Maintain productivity standards while delivering complete and error-free work Required qualifications Preferably a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (2-year degrees and equivalent work experience considered) Familiarity with desktop applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and databases (Access, Oracle, Sybase) Experience in administrative or customer service roles with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability A service-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment Proven ability to follow procedures and adapt to process improvements
