This role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating patient care activities and clinical operations to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.Position SummaryThe Behavioral Health Program Director oversees the daily operations of Behavioral Health and Social Work services, ensuring departmental goals align with organizational objectives. The Director is responsible for operational performance, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and quality patient outcomes while following all hospital policies and applicable state regulations.Essential DutiesPlan, direct, and coordinate Behavioral Health and Social Work patient care activities and clinical operationsEnsure financial, operational, and strategic goals are achievedLead and support departmental staff, including performance management and developmentMaintain compliance with hospital policies and state and federal regulationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality patient care and safetySupport quality improvement and program development initiativesQualificationsExperienceMinimum of 3 years of progressive management experience requiredBehavioral health or clinical leadership experience preferredEducationBachelor’s degree in Nursing requiredMaster’s degree preferredLicenses & CertificationsCurrent RN license requiredActive state professional license and/or compact license in accordance with applicable laws and regulationsLakeview Hospital offers a collaborative environment dedicated to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and professional growth.WORK SHIFT:Days (United States of America)LCMC Health is a community.Our people make health happen.
