Role Description The Chemical Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Fort Wright, KY. The Chemical Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring chemical processing equipment, including reactors, mixers, and distillation units, in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include handling raw materials and chemicals, performing product transfers, sampling materials for quality testing, and documenting production data. The role also involves assisting with equipment setup, routine inspections, and minor adjustments to maintain optimal performance, as well as coordinating with quality and maintenance teams to resolve process issues. The Chemical Operator is expected to follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations and contribute to a clean, orderly, and efficient production environment. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in Chemical Handling and working within the Chemical Industry. Proficiency in Chemical Processing operations, including operating reactors and related process equipment. Skills in Quality Control, including sampling, testing support, and accurate documentation of production data . High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in chemistry, process technology, or a related field is beneficial. Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines, and to use basic computer systems for data entry. Strong attention to detail, reliable work habits, and the ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
