Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational, physical, and social needs of preschool students
- Create a safe and supportive classroom setting that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Conduct activities that promote language development, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide feedback to parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive educational program
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience with standardized testing, tutoring, or toddler care is a plus
- Ability to ensure child welfare and safety at all times
