Retail & Restaurant Associate Location: San Jose | Pay: $21/hour + Benefits

• Greet every customer with a smile and professional service
• Help shoppers find products and navigate the store
• Ring up purchases, handle cash, and process payments accurately
• Prepare delicious menu items and serve in a fast-paced restaurant setting
• Assist guests with bagging groceries and carrying purchases

Keep Our Store & Restaurant Thriving

• Stock shelves, organize displays, and rotate merchandise for freshness
• Maintain clean, attractive aisles, kitchen, and dining spaces
• Receive and organize deliveries efficiently
• Dishwashing and regular facility cleaning to ensure our high standards
• Support with special projects and store events

Work as Part of a Team

• Step in where needed—retail, kitchen, dining room, and more
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate with clarity and contribute to a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or customer service (preferred, but not required)
• Friendly, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as a team
• Comfort working in fast-paced and physically active roles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
