Senior AI Full Stack Developer

Salary: $45,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including delivering production Electron desktop applications for macOS and Windows.
• Strong front-end and UX skills with React and TypeScript, plus experience implementing native desktop features such as notifications, file-system access, and offline synchronization.
• Experience integrating AI into user-facing applications, including LLMs, RAG, agents, and chat or voice interfaces.
• Experience with desktop release and security practices, including code signing, notarization, auto-updates, Intune or Jamf deployment, and OAuth/SSO.
• Working knowledge of backend and cloud technologies, including Python, REST and GraphQL APIs, Azure, AWS, or GCP, and CI/CD.
• Preferred: Experience building internal developer platforms, enterprise AI platforms, automation frameworks, or reusable engineering accelerators.
• Preferred: Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, vector databases, semantic search, prompt orchestration, or agentic AI frameworks.
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise AI governance, model and prompt auditability, and responsible AI controls in compliance-sensitive environments.
• Preferred: Experience enabling citizen development, self-service workflows, or governed low-code/no-code solution delivery.
• Preferred: Experience in retail, restaurants, ecommerce, loyalty, finance, supply chain, or other high-volume enterprise environments.
• Preferred: Experience partnering with product managers, business analysts, forward deployed engineers, and enterprise architects to take ideas from discovery through delivery.
• Skills include AI platform architecture and engineering; LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, vector search, AI evaluation, multi-model integration, and agent interoperability; API, integration, eventing, and data architecture; containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code; Python, SQL, cloud-native engineering, and secure service design; spec-driven development and AI-augmented engineering workflows; technical sequencing and dependency awareness; engineering standards, design reviews, and code quality; production readiness, reliability, SLOs, incident response, and cost awareness; and peer mentorship, cross-team collaboration, and stakeholder communication.

• Design, build, and operate AI platform capabilities as part of our enterprise AI investment.
• Contribute to architecture and engineering standards, and mentor peers through design discussions and code reviews.
• Deliver pragmatic, high-quality AI solutions aligned with business priorities while navigating ambiguity and maintaining clear technical standards.
