The Dealerships group provides tax, assurance and advisory services to vehicle/ heavy truck/equipment /recreational vehicle/etc. dealerships across the country. But our commitment goes beyond our clients as we continue to live the Withum Way, promoting personal and professional growth for all team members, clients, and surrounding communities.  How You’ll Spend Your Time:Collaborating on client engagements, which will include compilation, review and audits of dealership financial statements, as well as other special projects.Providing supervision, training and support to the engagement staff and promoting open communication to the engagement partner and manager Inspiring, developing, mentoring, and retaining staff while providing challenging assignmentsCollaborating cross-functionally with our tax, assurance and accounting, and advisory groups to identify opportunities to fully service the client and their familiesGrowing your skills while evaluating the potential impact of financial reporting standards and tax regulations on clients' business and financial position The Kind of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following: Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or a business-related field of studyCPA designation or being in the process of achieving your designationThe ideal candidate will be able to combine strong accounting expertise with knowledge of dealership operations and industry-specific regulationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a CPA firmStrong tax background along with a curiosity and willingness to stay current on all key tax law changesExcellent analytical, organizational, project management, and technical skillsExceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationshipsAbility to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environmentStrong learning and comprehension skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client’s management The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000-$125,000 annually. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.
