Area Sales Manager

Focusing on prospecting group and corporate leads, the full-time Area Sales Manager will execute sales strategies for Kasa's portfolio in the Reno, NV area while collaborating with various teams to enhance revenue opportunities in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies targeting leisure travel, corporate accounts, and group bookings Assess inbound leads to create opportunities for partnerships and expand Kasa's portfolio Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with key clients to drive occupancy and revenue growth Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in hotel group sales, corporate accounts, or extended-stay property sales Strong background in building and maintaining client relationships, particularly with community organizations Proficiency in hotel CRM systems for effective pipeline and client management Ability to analyze travel trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly Experience negotiating group rates and corporate contracts to maximize revenue
