Internal Communications Manager

Qualifications: BS/BAdegree in Business, Communications, Advertising, Marketing; or equivalentcombination of education & experience. Minimum6 years’ experience in a marketing/communications role on Capitol Hill, with anadvertising agency, marketing firm, or communications department. Experiencewith stakeholder relations, internal and external communications, publicoutreach, and communications planning. Possesssolid foundational skills, including a collaborative and communicative workethic, the ability to juggle several projects, and consistently meet or beatdeadlines. Abilityto oversee complex communications campaigns on a broad range of topics to avariety of audiences. Abilityto independently create clear, engaging content. Recordof developing and implementing effective strategic communications strategy. Musthave solid understanding of current web trends and marketing best practices. Knowledgeof project management tools (e.g.: ClickUp, Monday, Trello, etc.) Experiencewith interactive marketing campaign management and tracking. Outstandingcommunications skills, both verbal and written; must have demonstratedproficiency in creating concise copy. Strongproject management, and time management skills with the ability to work wellunder pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Bachelor’sdegree is strongly preferred.
