Requirements: AHA or American Red Cross BLS; Must have PERM OHIO OR COMPACT LICENSE IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION; Must have 18 months of recent behavioral health experience in a acute care setting (NON-PSYCHIATRIC facility); Must have 18 months perm experience in short term acute care hospital (non-psychiatric); Milieu Management, Med. management, assessments, documentation; ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral health care in an acute hospital setting during 7pm-7:30am shifts.
• Assess patient needs and deliver appropriate interventions.
• Document clinical observations and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and licensing requirements.
