Service Assistant

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Requirements High School graduation or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in a supportive or administrative position, in Real Estate, and Lending. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Ten Key, and Outlook software and must have proficient keyboarding skills. Basic knowledge of accounting or finance practices, including balancing. Must be reliable, organized, and have the ability to prioritize effectively, be task oriented, have an exceptional work ethic, extreme attention to detail, and perform duties timely and with integrity. Can timely assist clients and employees with a variety of similar yet differing requests. Must possess strong customer service skills in all forms of correspondence and provide the highest level of professionalism through clear and positive communication. Capable of building relationships with clients and bank employees. Adhere to a high level of customer service standards, policies and procedures, and code of ethics. Provide and build a positive work environment. The ability to handle excessive phone calls, a large differing workflow as well as the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and effectively multi-task at times of mounting pressures. Capable of quick paced learning and retention, have problem solving skills and be attentive to detail. Some basic knowledge of one or more items listed is preferred in: Investing, Real Estate including experience with title companies, LLC's, Privately Held Stock (Non- Publicly Traded), Promissory Note Lending, and Business Letter Writing, Description of Duties Working with client requests Purchase and sell of client account assets Account balancing Revieing all paperwork for client transactions Multi-tasking Phone and email correspondence Assist clients in person and by phone Return and process mail Track and process account updates Other duties as needed Various client communication regarding documentation and account updates Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
