About the Role: As a Certified Nursing Assistant on our evening shift, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of care.
