Data Engineer, Product - USDS

Responsibilities About the team! Build and maintain efficient and reliable data pipelines to support business initiatives in the user growth domain. Drive data warehouse design in accordance to long-term product goals. Work closely with cross‑functional analytics and engineering teams to define and build data metrics and dimensions to drive feature launches and growth strategies. Establish solid design and best engineering practices from a big data perspective. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related field. Experience with performing data analysis, data ingestion and data integration. Experience in writing, analyzing and debugging SQL queries. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Presto, Kafka, ClickHouse, Flink, etc.). Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
