Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized cardiopulmonary care to diverse patient populations in both critical and non-critical settings. Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement evidence-based respiratory therapies and diagnostic services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer ventilator management and oxygen therapy to patients of all ages.
• Conduct diagnostic procedures, including blood gas analysis and pulmonary function tests.
• Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Document clinical interventions accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans and safety measures.

Qualifications:

• Hold current registration from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT).
• Possess an active Oregon Respiratory Care License.
• Maintain Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Demonstrate a minimum of two years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy preferred.
• Obtain and maintain ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
