Our bustling car dealership seeks a capable and organized automotive service advisor who will work full-time to address customer concerns, develop cost estimates, and calculate cost savings for customers. Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and love greeting customers. Compensation:

$45,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify vehicle warranty protections and service contract coverage when developing cost estimates, work orders, and other paperwork related to necessary repairs
• Arrange for timely vehicle pick-up at the dealership following the completion of work orders
• Schedule appointments for service technicians
• Resolve customer complaints and make follow-up calls to facilitate a positive service center experience
• Manage all automotive paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessary
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology
• A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is required

• Experience in Advising Automotive Service
