Capital One's CAST team in McLean, VA seeks a Manager, Counsel to lead a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, procurement, outsourcing, and data/commercial agreements. The ideal candidate has a JD, active state bar status with Virginia Corporate Counsel eligibility, 3+ years of transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with outside counsel and internal partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr Capital One Group
