About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of ending homelessness and creating a society where everyone has a place to call home. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the organization's strategic direction, ensuring financial sustainability, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Key priorities for the CEO include strengthening staff training, diversifying revenue streams, and uniting program cities under a shared mission. The role demands a servant leader with a proven track record in senior management, exceptional fundraising skills, and the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels. The CEO will also be tasked with expanding community engagement, elevating the organization's national profile, and leading on a global stage in collaboration with international partners. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior-level management experience, with a preference for those holding a graduate degree such as an MBA.
