Permanency Planning Lead for Child & Family Welfare
State of Montana
Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) in Bozeman is seeking a Permanency Planning Specialist to develop and implement permanency plans for children in state foster care. You will facilitate meetings and coordinate post-adoptive services to support families and ensure safety and well-being.
This full-time role offers partial telework within Montana, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to work with tribal and state partners.
