- Competitive salary starting at $95,500 (based on experience)

- 180 hours of PTO - increases annually with rollover
- 11 paid holidays
- Outpatient level of care for nursing home eligible older adults with responsibilities of completing some assessments and interventions within the home based on the participants needs.
- Manage 5-6 patients per day

- Patient population: Ages 50+
Preference for candidates with geriatric experience
