Position Overview

This role offers a fantastic mix of advanced body imaging, specialized practice, collaboration across various clinical fields, and a schedule that prioritizes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Join a fully physician-owned radiology group with a strong reputation and over 65 years of experience in San Antonio.
• Be part of a specialized Body Imaging team responsible for interpreting a wide array of advanced imaging modalities, including body CT/MRI, oncologic imaging, cervical cancer assessments, and prostate-specific imaging.
• Utilize multiple 3T MRI platforms, featuring advanced capabilities for prostate imaging and local staging evaluations that enhance comprehensive prostate cancer management.
• Collaborate with a diverse team, fostering relationships with oncology, gynecology, urology, surgery, and other specialty services in the region.
• Enjoy a primarily daytime schedule with approximately 1-2 remote reading shifts per week, promoting flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
• Engage in a collaborative worklist model that prioritizes clinical needs while ensuring subspecialty expertise and diagnostic diversity.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation of approximately $600,000.
• A sign-on bonus of $50,000.
• Incentives based on productivity.
• 10 weeks of vacation each year.
• A two-year partnership track with the opportunity for shareholding starting in Year 3, along with long-term ownership potential.
