Medical Equipment Analyst Advisor, Rental Watch Program The role serves as a client resource to facilitate the delivery of our Rental Management service. It collaborates with Mobile Medical Equipment Teams, Clinical Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Strategic Advisors, Customer Administrations, and Clinical staff to provide strategically placed rental equipment within the facility or system. The individual will be intimately familiar with the client’s asset management process. Location Racine, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin Compensation Applicants can expect a compensation range of $76,000-95,000. The range may vary based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Reduce unneeded rentals by decreasing the amount of rental equipment based on utilization of owned equipment. Use tools to manage and monitor hospital/system rental equipment statuses. Leverage available tools to identify cost savings within a rental program. Partner with Strategic Advisors, CE Directors, and MME Regional Manager to rebalance equipment across the system and drive standardization and consistency to reduce rental spend. Develop and lead projects in partnership with operations leaders to reach targeted outcomes and reduce variability. Monitor, validate, and prepare rental vendor invoices for payment. Manage rental program interactions with rental vendors. Identify program-wide opportunities for operational effectiveness. Support the evolution of the mobile equipment services rental offering through new capabilities within existing offerings, technology development, and new or modified service offerings. Support integration of new capabilities, technology, and offerings. Assist in training of new advancements. Manage the rental equipment program through established key performance indicators. Develop high-touch and high-trust relationships with client leaders. Support new implementations. Support growth activity. Build and maintain relationships with customers and rental vendors by employing interpersonal and conflict management skills. Effectively collaborate with customers and vendors to develop win-win solutions. Responsible for meeting financial performance goals. Respond to customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field. 5+ years of experience as an analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to tie back to actionable, measurable plans. Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills and comfortable being client-facing. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to draw insights from data. Self-motivated, innovative, analytical, problem-solving, organized, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas. Up to 50% travel by air and car; a valid driver’s license is necessary. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull a cart that may weigh up to 75 pounds.
