Certified Surgical TechnicianJob Title: Certified Surgical TechnicianDuration: 13 weeksShift: 06:30 AM - 05:00 PMHours per Shift: 10.5Experience: 2+ years required, 4+ years preferredCertifications: BLSMust-Have: Advanced knowledge of neuroanatomy and specialized instrumentation, familiarity with emerging technologies (LITT systems, GammaTile implantation, stereotactic navigation, DBS equipment), high-level anticipation skills during complex cranial cases, strong team coordination for patient safety during lengthy, high-risk proceduresDescription: 40 weekly hours with on-call requirement. 10-12 call shifts per month. Call shifts required on weekends. Holiday requirement includes any holiday that falls on regularly scheduled shift.
