Areas We Serve DeKalb County, including parts of Kane County (West of Route 47) Lee County Ogle County La Salle County What We Offer Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, occasional assistance on weekends may be needed Competitive compensation based on experience; paid twice a month plus early access to earned wages via ZayZoon NEW BENEFIT -- FREE telehealth plan for you & your household, includes limited prescriptions at zero cost, free & unlimited tele-therapy sessions, and more with Amaze Health Opportunities for professional development and continuing education credits Work that is full of meaning, purpose, and has a positive impact BCBS of IL health insurance plans, Humana dental insurance, and Humana vision insurance IL Secure Choice Retirement plan Primary Responsibilities Fulfill IDPH requirements to maintain good standing for your IL Registered Nurse licensure Fulfill IDPH requirements to earn/maintain approval as a Clinical Theory Instructor in a Basic Nurses Aid Training Program Participate in the planning, coordination, and instruction of caregivers going through the CNA program Direct clinical services as per agency scope of practice and provide overall coordination and evaluation for Nurse Directed Services Assess and recommend care plan changes as necessary for our clients in regards to Nurse Directed Services Assist the rest of the office team in completing Supervisory Visits to evaluate caregivers while out in the field Qualifications Current Illinois Registered Nurse license in good standing with a minimum of 2 years experience as a registered professional nurse Experience as an instructor teaching in an accredited nurse training program or a nursing assistant training program Valid driver's license, active car insurance, and your own vehicle Tremendous interpersonal skills with the intrinsic motivation to excel Ability to work a semi-flexible schedule and travel to clients Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Currently eligible for employment as determined by the IDPH Healthcare Worker Registry For more information, please reach out to Quyler Dahlberg (HR Manager) by calling our office at View phone number on click.appcast.io Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. All candidates must successfully pass both a federal criminal background check and motor vehicle report. Additionally, all candidates must be eligible under the Illinois Department of Public Health's Healthcare Worker Registry. If you are not already deemed eligible by IDPH, then you will need to have your fingerprints scanned by a third-party vendor, at the expense of the employer. If you are need fingerprinting completed, the employer will notify you and help coordinate this appointment. All candidates must perform drug screening during new hire training.
