Senior Vice President Performance Media, Planning

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President Performance Media Planning to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic media planning process from inception to execution
- Utilize AI and machine learning for predictive media modeling
- Oversee budget allocations with strict financial governance
- Act as the expert on holding company technology stacks
- Create precise audience segments using client data and identity tools
- Design planning frameworks for unified measurement and incrementality testing
- Advise senior clients on data-driven media strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in media holding companies or data-centric consultancies
- Expertise in proprietary data networks and identity resolution
- Advanced skills in quantitative planning tools and predictive modeling
- Strong financial acumen with a background in media investment forecasts
- Ability to present complex data to senior financial stakeholders
