We know it's self-regulation, fine motor planning, sensory integration, confidence, and independence-all disguised as play. Our South Schwertner outpatient clinic is growing, and we're looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who sees the magic behind the movement. Someone who understands that a successful session might look like a high-five after a kid finally tolerates a new texture-or a quiet moment when a child can stay regulated through a transition. If you thrive on creativity, love a good sensory bin, and believe that progress should be celebrated loud and proud, we'd love to meet you. What your role will look like:

- Working 1:1 with awesome kids in a space that's made for fun and function
- Supporting everything from handwriting and dressing skills to sensory processing and social participation
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families-because they're part of the team, too
- Collaborating with our PTs and SLPs to make sure each child is getting exactly what they need
- A licensed OT in Texas (or on your way to being one)
- Pediatric experience is a plus, but new grads with the right heart and hunger to learn are welcome
- Someone who's flexible, imaginative, and cool under pressure
- A therapist who truly loves helping kids become more confident in their own bodies and abilities
