Responsibilities Assist with daily operations of the retail store, including sales and safeguarding assets. Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand, provide suggestions to customers and management. Build a personal client book. Use the POS system effectively, including routine register transactions, inventory receiving and transfers, opening and closing registers and store. Share current product knowledge and provide professional service recommendations. Participate in store meetings and work toward exceeding sales and service performance goals. Operate the store consistently with company policies and procedures. Provide ideas to grow and improve the business, including merchandising, staffing, displays, fixtures, advertising, promotion, and hours of operation. Safeguard store assets, maintain inventory integrity, prevent shrinkage, assist with cycle counts and year‑end inventory. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of retail experience. Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word). Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule, able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication, teamwork, multitasking and initiative. Work Conditions Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision, flexible problem‑solving required.
