Job Summary Drive the global growth of a diverse portfolio of products through breakthrough innovation. Develop the category innovation pipeline, from concept development to execution, and lead cross‑functional teams through the commercialization process. Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and message across all channels (packaging, advertising, PR, social/content marketing, web properties, collateral, trade, etc.). Contribute to brand strategy, shape marketing plan development, and ensure excellence of execution to achieve category goals. Act as the category expert: understand price, positioning, competitive landscape, and market needs. Digest insights, connect the dots, summarize conclusions, and recommend a comprehensive product assortment and roadmap to drive high sales rates. Develop category/brand positioning strategies, portfolio architecture, product‑level concepts, breakthrough claims, and pricing strategies to increase marketability and maximize sales. Drive a consumer‑first mentality to develop relevant messaging and assets that clearly communicate product and brand benefits. Partner with Consumer Insights across global markets to align messaging. Work with Product Development, Creative Services, and Sales teams to develop worldwide go‑to‑market plans. Oversee message development and execution for packaging, digital, in‑store collateral, infomercial/advertising, and digital efforts. Conduct post‑evaluation and analysis of activities, recommending improvements and evolutions of future brand activity. Communicate product value propositions to the sales team and develop sales tools supporting the selling process. Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing to develop breakthrough sell‑in stories and in‑store merchandising. Support development and implementation of best practices and processes across all consumer touchpoints. Manage creative development processes, including timelines, approvals, and protocols. Mentor and develop Associate Brand Managers. Attributes & Skills At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with direct responsibility for product marketing, messaging, positioning, and innovation planning and execution. Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Consumer‑Packaged Goods. Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns. Experience in creative strategy development, advertising, and launching new products. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent. MBA preferred. Salary US$78,800 – 161,000 per year (based on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications).
