Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health | Per Diem

@Home Therapy is looking for a compassionate and motivated New York State licensed Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. This opportunity is ideal for an OT who enjoys independence, flexibility, and making a meaningful difference in patients' daily lives. Responsibilities Include: Completing in-home OT evaluations and treatment. Developing individualized treatment plans. Addressing daily living skills, mobility, coordination, cognition, and home safety. Educating patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
