Summary:

Responsible for commercial ownership, customer relationships, opportunity development, and sales execution within an assigned district or basin. Serves as the primary local commercial resource for the assigned district and is accountable for growth across capital equipment spare parts, consumable products, aftermarket service, and other applicable district-supported product lines. May manage, mentor, coordinate, or provide day-to-day leadership for Sales Representatives and other commercial resources assigned to the district when required. Works closely with the District Sales Manager, Strategic Account Managers, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, and district distribution facilities to drive profitable growth, customer support, and inventory readiness.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains customer relationships within an assigned district or basin. Supports sales growth through effective customer coverage, opportunity identification, and responsiveness to customer requirements across capital equipment spare parts, consumable products, aftermarket service, and other applicable district-supported product lines.
• Responsible for district-level customer coverage, local market intelligence, opportunity development, sales execution, and responsiveness to customer requirements. Maintains awareness of rig activity, customer needs, competitive conditions, pricing activity, and local market opportunities.
• Ensures district distribution facilities maintain appropriate spare parts and consumable product availability to support FET Tubular Handling Solutions, including Iron Roughnecks, Catwalks, Handling Tools, and Fluid Handling Solutions consumable products.
• Coordinates with Strategic Account Managers where assigned customers overlap to ensure local execution supports broader customer strategies. Works with Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, district distribution facilities, and other internal resources to support customer requirements.
• May manage, mentor, or provide guidance to Sales Representatives assigned to the district when required. Handles special projects as assigned.

• Identify opportunities across capital equipment spare parts, consumable products, aftermarket service, and other applicable district-supported product lines.
• Support quotations, pricing discussions, customer follow-up, issue resolution, and opportunity development.

Skills/Knowledge

• Comprehensive knowledge of company products.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Expertise in sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of products, pricing, strategic accounts and market competitors.
• Business planner with proven ability to run profitable district.
• Ability to analyze profit and loss of district.
• Motivator and problem solver, coaching and training skills, exceptional communication and presentation skills, good computer skills, strong ethics.

  Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  Experience

• 10+ years of oilfield sales, account management, drilling, rental, equipment, service, or related commercial experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer relationships, develop commercial opportunities, and drive revenue growth within an assigned district or basin.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or district-level commercial experience preferred.
