Radiology Technologist (General)

This position involves performing general radiographic procedures to support diagnosis and treatment in a hospital setting. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts imaging exams independently, and provides high-quality patient care with professionalism. Responsibilities: Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service. Perform radiographic exams in various settings, including emergency departments, ICU, and inpatient floors. Work independently, including on-call and portable exams, following department protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s Degree or Trade School equivalency (or currently enrolled in a Radiology program). Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Preferred: Level 1 trauma center experience and additional certifications such as MRI, CT, or ARRT. Additional Information: Open to new graduates, students, and experienced radiologic technologists. Work on a day shift (Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm). Extra holiday pay for scheduled holidays.
