Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to obstetric patients, including triage, circulating, and recovery in the PACU as directed.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, assess changes, and respond to evolving clinical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, and document care in the patient record.
- Collaborate with the broader care team (nursing, physicians, anesthesia, and support staff) to ensure safety and quality of care.
- Perform appropriate patient education and discharge planning in coordination with the care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in handoffs to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
- Ability to triage, circulate, and recover in the PACU as part of obstetric perioperative care.
- Experience or familiarity with labor and delivery nursing in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability to fulfill a seven-week travel assignment starting on 11/16/2026 with a 36-hour work week (3x12-hour shifts).
- Willingness to work in a hospital setting and collaborate with diverse clinical teams.
