Qualifications:

• A passion for caring for the elderly.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable.
• High school graduate or G.E.D certificate preferred.
• Completion of a written Competency Evaluation.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile.
• MUST BE RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE WHEN COMMITTING TO A SCHEDULE/SHIFT!

Schedule:

• Day/Night shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends and Holidays

Job Description.

• Provides for the maintenance of a safe, healthy and clean environment. Performs various light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation and companionship activities for clients in their residences. Handling basic light housekeeping, such as sweeping, changing bed linens, laundry and organizing. 
• Monitoring clients, recording and reporting any developments or concerns to appropriate per agency policy.
• Handling errands for or with client, such as grocery shopping and appointments.
• Provide emotional support for clients as they heal or cope with health conditions.
