About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous step down experience License: Active Nursing License in Iowa Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS Must-Have: - Must have a valid Driver's License - Work history/resume required - Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) - License verification required - Copy of required certifications - One supervisory reference required at the time of submission - Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2-hour call back minimum. On Call: $9 per hour. Charge/Precept: $6 per hour. First-time travelers are welcome. Will be required to float to the Emergency Department.
