ob Duties
- Manage the local office and supervise staff
- Maintain communication with candidates and clients
- Visit and call on existing and new clients
- Attend local job fairs and community hiring events
- Source qualified candidates using databases, networking, internet resources, media, and referrals
- Oversee employee attendance and performance; issue corrective actions when needed
- Monitor client staffing needs and project future staffing levels
- Validate and process payroll accurately and on time
- Interview candidates and assess skills, experience, and aptitude
- Conduct background checks and reference checks
- Document applicant and client information in the database
- Prepare and extend job offers
- Create onboarding documents and conduct onboarding classes
- Supervise temporary employees assigned to customer sites
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred (not required)
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Must thrive in a fast‐paced environment
- Strong multi‐tasking, communication, and time‐management skills
- Professional, confidential, and high‐integrity work style
