Owning the strategy and execution of Greenlight's organic social and influencer programs, the full-time Senior Content Creator will create original social-first content, monitor trends, and manage a multi-channel content calendar, all while working in a remote-friendly environment. Key responsibilities Create and post original content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Develop and execute the social content strategy, including audience targeting and growth metrics Manage the influencer and creator program, including sourcing and content approval Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in social media with a strong portfolio or reel Proven track record of organic account growth and familiarity with TikTok and Instagram algorithms Comfortable on camera and skilled in video production and editing Experience building and managing influencer or creator programs Ability to quickly react to cultural trends and create timely content
