About Us: We are a dynamic hospitality group operating several distinct, elevated culinary concepts across New York City. From refined casual to upscale dining, our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences rooted in culinary creativity, impeccable service, and strong kitchen culture. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate, hospitality driven candidates to join our front of house team now that we are growing our restaurant company into the Northern New Jersey market.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a fine dining environment as a lead server or captain
- Commitment to service quality, excellence, and hospitality
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
- An appreciation of food & beverage
- Maintain personal hygiene, well groomed and polished appearance
- Sense of urgency
- Organization skills
- Maintain a clean work environment, and complete daily side work tasks
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
