ResponsibilitiesConnect with local families and businesses to understand their unique insurance needs and coverage gaps.
Provide clear, straightforward explanations of policy options to empower clients to make informed decisions.
Manage and nurture a growing list of clients through regular check-ins and personalized service.
Conduct professional reviews of current policies to ensure our clients have the right protection as their lives evolve.
Collaborate with our office team in Chambersburg to streamline service processes and improve the overall client experience.
Engage with the local community to represent our firm with integrity and helpfulness.
RequirementsActive Property and Casualty Insurance License in Pennsylvania.
Solid understanding of risk assessment and insurance policy structures.
Strong organizational habits and comfort with administrative tasks.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills for building rapport with community members.
Proficiency in common office software and insurance management systems.
