Job Family:Data Science ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:Guidehouse is seeking a Junior Economic Analyst to support federal and state workforce, labor market, and program integrity initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage economic research, statistical analysis, and data analytics techniques to evaluate program performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support evidence-based decision making.Key responsibilities include:Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and root causes affecting program outcomes.Support economic and policy analysis related to workforce development, labor economics, and government benefit programs.Conduct quantitative research using statistical and econometric methods to evaluate program effectiveness and operational performance.Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and presentations that communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of analytical models that support program monitoring and decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources.Support program integrity initiatives by identifying potential fraud, waste, abuse, and compliance risks.Contribute to research reports, policy briefs, technical documentation, and client deliverables.Participate in project planning activities and support the successful delivery of analytics projects within established timelines.What You Will NeedMust be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident, due to nature of client engagements.Bachelor's degree .
