- Collaborate closely with globally-distributed Sales, Account Management, and Procurement organizations to engage with current and future customers, review proposed contractual edits, and help negotiate and close important deals
- Draft and negotiate various agreements (NDAs, SaaS, vendor contracts, partnerships, etc.)
- Provide product counseling and risk assessments for the development of new features and product offerings, as well as marketing initiatives and user-facing materials
- Support rollout and improvement of contract lifecycle management and associated platforms, including through template, workflow, playbook, and training material development
- Monitor and respond to day-to-day legal inquiries from cross-functional teams and help with ad hoc legal projects
- Provide practical advice on regulatory, data privacy, and cybersecurity matters, including with respect to GDPR, GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, and other state privacy laws and other regulations.
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state bar and/or European country
- 3-5 years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department
- Experience supporting a sales organization
- Ability to take ownership of your work and manage projects independently
- Comfort and skill in navigating complexity and ambiguity, and working on a leanly staffed team
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
