Requirements: Minimum 1 year of quality control or quality inspection experience required Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and inspection procedures Basic math and measurement skills Ability to identify defects and ensure products meet customer requirements Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team Job Duties: Perform quality inspections on products and materials throughout the manufacturing process Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify dimensions and specifications Identify, document, and report quality concerns or defects Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation Follow established quality procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines Assist with corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives as needed Support production teams by ensuring compliance with quality requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Benefits: Fair Pay Weekly: Every week, no waiting games.
