Hiring for Manufacturing Production Supervisor!The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role leads a team of operators and technicians, maintains adherence to production schedules and quality standards, and enforces company policies while driving continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily production activities in the molding department to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations.Lead, direct, and support a team of operators and technicians, providing clear guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.Ensure production output meets established schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.Promote and enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout the department.Support and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve workflow, and optimize efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.Oversee and coordinate work in machining, assembly, or paint operations as needed to support overall production goals.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in manufacturing.3+ years of lead or supervisor experience in a production or manufacturing environment.Experience in assembly or machining production environments.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their practical application on the shop floor.Effective communication skills, including the ability to work with bilingual team members.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsAutomotive manufacturing experience is a plus.Bilingual communication skills are beneficial for supporting a diverse workforce.Demonstrated ability to support continuous improvement and process optimization.Why Work Here?Employees benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
