Job Description & Requirements Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Morgan Hill, California. Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a home health team in Morgan Hill, CA as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Specialty Physical Therapist Discipline Therapy Duration 13 weeks40 hours per week Shift 8 hours Employment Type Travel Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience preferred. Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week. Ability to travel within the local service area and provide care in patients' homes as required. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience. Experience with documentation systems commonly used in home health settings. Experience with wound care, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred. Assignment Details Shift schedule: 5 days per week. Commuting options include Highway 101 and Caltrain access from nearby stations, and the community supports a suburban lifestyle with regional parks, farmers markets, and local dining.
