Berger Communities is hiring a Housekeeper for Lakeview, Rockledge Pointe, and Diamond Pointe Apartments, in Williamsport, PA! We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented to help keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Location: Williamsport, PA.

Type: Full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. 

What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an important role in keeping the community clean and looking its best:

• Clean apartment homes during the turnover and move-in preparation process
• Clean common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairways, leasing offices, community rooms, fitness areas, restrooms, and other shared spaces
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, windows, walls, and woodwork
• Dust and polish furniture, equipment, and window blinds
• Disinfect fitness equipment and other frequently used surfaces
• Collect and properly dispose of trash
• Replace light bulbs and fixture components as needed
• Use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely
• Report property damage, missing items, or concerns to the Service Manager
• Assist the maintenance team with apartment turnovers and other tasks as needed
